We are in need of a Virtual Assistant to perform all kinds of manual online tasks related to marketing and running a real estate sales business, including, researching and writing content, data entry, summarizing of information, updating status of tasks based on received email (when assistant is added to "Cc" line), collecting and organizing information into Excel, etc. This is a real business located in California, USA, and we need assistance with tasks which can be done online.
We require 100% fluency in American English. Must have current, already existing blogs or other content-based websites where we can verify your writing skills. You will be responsible for writing fresh content for blog, among other miscellaneous tasks.
This will be a part-time job. The number of hours is small but we require daily availability (1 to 2 hours per day) and ability to respond to boss' requests within a few hours, excluding nights, U.S. Pacific Timezone. This is a very small business, with currently only 1 employee (the owner) and we cannot offer any kind of growth into a higher-paying or more-hours position any time soon, so we are looking for someone who is happy performing this kind of work in an ongoing basis. Experience in the residential real estate sales business (either as a broker, agent, or assitant) is preferred. Please specify if you hold any real estate related licenses.
