We are looking for individuals with expertise and experience in a particular area and have the ability to collaborate with other disciplines and have the willingness to do whatever it takes to complete the given tasks. The technical writer will be responsible for writing activities as assigned from pre-proposal planning to final production, delivery, and capture of lessons learned for proposals of various size and complexity, from short-turn task order responses to large multi-volume, multi-million dollar bids. The technical writer will manage the process and schedule for ensuring we submit compelling, compliant and on-time submissions. The Technical Writer will be responsible for written content and works closely with partners and subcontractors to develop proposal material, aid business development and operations staff by reviewing and assessing requests for proposals (RFP), request for information (RFI), and a wide variety of other bid requests. The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter who is capable of managing time between proposals to drive growth and proposal capacity building through the creation and management of a knowledge library, proposal artifacts, and graphics. Work Experience - 5+ years of federal proposal development experience -Technical work history as a developer, programmer, analyst or other relevant skillset. Ability to create graphical diagrams and illustrations Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed
