I would like to hire a Journalist

I am posting on behalf of a digital marketing agency for professional services firms, and we will be publishing an industry report within the next couple of months. This is UK based, and based on a UK market only. We need someone to write around 2000 words on a piece focusing on: Digital advancements in relation to client expectations. (our clients are law firms, financial firms, IT consultancies and management consultancies, all b2b). The subject should focus around: -A look into the new technologies emerging that the professional services industry can take advantage of as a whole 
-Machine learning and how it improves customer experience 
-How it’s being used now
-How it can be used in the future, the next 5 year trajectory and how these initiatives can actually be used within professional services (JPMorgan’s Contract Intelligence software)

. Why include in the report? Digital advancements is a broad topic generally, so focusing on its relation to client expectations funnels it and can give an interesting angle. Particularly if examples of how it’s used now can be demonstrated and how it can realistically be implemented within firms either now or within the next 5 years. Of course, if there are other sub-topics you think are more relevant, or there are some sub-topics we've suggested that don't fit into the piece, then it can be subject to change upon review.
