Thanks for reading through my bid. I'm not only a freelance writer but also a bodybuilder. I've been lifting for around 8 years now and been writing for 10 years. I've ghost written numerous articles about everything from pre-competition prep to high protein diets, lifting heavy and importance of squats.
I'm a strong advocate of lifting heavy but adding two cardio days through the week just to keep the body fat down. However, what works for me is a high protein diet, with complex carbs and heavy lifting during the offseason. Then weeks prior to competing I'd add three cardio days and one lifting day just so that I can get to single digit bodyfat.
