Cricut Stencil for glass etching

Must possess a Cricut machine or similar type of stencil cutting machine to cut out a design on some type of substrate (Vinyl ?) suitable for placing on glass to be used for a glass etching template. The border around the coat of arms need to have a small tab on top and on the bottom to secure the stencil to the surrounding area and the Lion and the Crosses need to also be cut out for the glass etching solution to work. The Coat of arms has been sized to measure at least 8" tall by 6 1/2" wide and the black portions of the Coat of Arms needs to be cut out. The "C" has also been sized to the final stencil size. The black portion of the stencil template needs to be cut out.(Vinyl ?) Both stencils need to be mailed to me in N.C.- USA (Name and Address to be provided)
