Vb exe hosting a secure Flash SWF

I need a way to securely distribute my Flash SWF(s) to use on remote clients. I need an .asp (not .net) server side way to create a license guid. Every time an end user runs my exe - it handshakes with .asp web based license server and gets go ahead for start up. With go ahead, the .exe de-encrypts internalized swf and plays it taking measures to not create a temp copy on hard drive or easily interceptable location. I need a utility to take any runable swf and embed it into the protected swf player ( i have many swf simulations). Ideally no swf mod is needed but i understand if it would be tighter protection with soem code added.
