We us e a Grandstream with FXO /FXS port that connects to a termination device. We send calls from the internet to this device however calls are being billed from the point the ATA device rings the termination device rather than when the call is answered. What need is the ATA device correctly configured

This issue cannot be fixed 100% this will depend on the Carrier you're using as PSTN line, please inbox me with device you're using exactly and Carrier for your PSTN line to evaluate if this can be fixed.
