Cut and Clean Up Voice Recording - Ongoing Work

I create tutorial videos on a software and need a sound person to work with me on the voice recordings. This will include: - Cutting out unneeded parts - Removing background noise - Making the audio as pleasant to listen to as possible Videos can be both short (1-3min finished) or long (5-12min finished). Example attached. I'm looking for an ongoing contract with a reliable person who fits our values, and can get this level of editing done to a high quality, on request. Volume is 1-2 videos per week currently, with the aim of going to 5 once we have hired for the other parts of the process. Please include an example of before and after of a voice recording improvement you have done to be considered. Thanks! Justin
