need audio mp3 downloaded then uploaded to a server

I have several audios that I need downloaded from a conference line then placed into a server. Have instructions once you are hired When all of the calls are recorded there should be about 35 30 minutes each in length. I am putting the time length for 7 days but that's just for the first batch of calls. (I can extend deadline)
