CAD plans required for refurbishment and extension of an existing home for JB. The plans are to be used in conjunction with Architects drawings as comprehensive documents suitable for tendering and building. Three separate Documents required are as follows; 1. Internal layout drawings both plan and elevations ( all sides). All cabinetry, fixtures, fittings, finishes, lights, electricals to be detailed on plan. 2. Internal finishes specifications. 3. Internal fixtures and fittings schedule. An example of the Drawings, schedules, specifications and electrical/lighting ( DSSE) required are attached. Note that the "example house" has 12 rooms drawn only. The new house has more rooms/areas. A basic plan of the existing house with preliminary building drawings for the refurbishment and extension is attached. Comprehensive building drawings will be provided on CAD when finalised. All inputs into the DSSE will be provided. The new design will be very similar to the sample design except for measurements. For example the cabinetry in the sample drawings will be very similar with changes provided via a mark-up. All cabinetry changes, fixtures and fittings, electrical/lights will be detailed by JB The house consists of; Downstairs. Entry area and hallway, lounge, Master bedroom, master ensuite, Walk in Robe , bathroom, powder room, family room , dining area/kitchen, laundry, knook, pantry and walkway/drop area. Upstairs. Three bedrooms. Bathroom. Powder room and retreat. OTHER Quote required in A$, fixed fee considered. Number of hours needed and hourly rate required. Timeframe is by 30/4/19. Language required is English. JB does not have CAD software. All plans to be delivered in PDF and CAD. All Docs to be delivered in Microsoft WORD, EXCEL or Google docs. NOTE: 67 Kerferd is new house. 9 Anderson is “ example"
