Grading Plan for Rock road AutoCAD

I'm looking for someone to build me a grading plan for a rock road that's 1,100 feet long. Below are the details of the requirements that must be meet for this grading plan. Please let me know if you have any questions and I'm looking for a fixed price for this job. o Grading work less than 5,000 cubic yards does not require an engineered design unless it is determined by the plan reviewer or inspector that special conditions or unusual hazards exist. o All plans submitted should be drawn to scale and must include the following: • Property boundaries with the existing and accurate contour lines with elevations listed • Proposed finish contours lines with elevations listed • Accurate location of all buildings on parcel site • Accurate location of all buildings on adjacent properties within 15 feet of property lines • Accurate location of any septic systems • Accurate location of any riparian area • Accurate location of any flood plain boundaries • Details of existing ten-ain and drainage • Details of proposed ten-ain and drainage • Detailed plans of all surface and subsurface drainage devices, walls, cribbing, dams and other protective devices to be constructed with or as part of the proposed work, together with a map showing the drainage area and estimated run off of the area served by any drains. • Method of erosion control protection o Non engineered plans will require a memorandum of understanding be signed by the property owner that the grading work will not adversely affect any adjoining or neighboring properties .
