Removing a load earring wall in a commercial property. The building is a metal and concrete building that was retrofitted to have a office and second floor built inside the building. The 2nd floor, floor joists are 2x8 spanning 11 feet to the load bearing wall. We want to install a exposed load bearing beam. Supported by a wall on one side and preferably a beam to beam connector on the other side. If it can be done with no columns that would be great. Max depth from ceiling we would like to go is 12 inches. The span from supporting wall to the beam is 19 feet
