Updates to CAD drawings (*.dwg files) & pdf output for proposed UK planning submission -- revised

This small project requires a CAD-skilled freelancer to amend existing *.dwg files with some updates to reflect proposed minor changes to a house for planning submission in UK. The output should be the revised CAD files & a set of pdf files that can be printed on A4 for the submission to planning authority.
There may be follow up work for UK Building Controls submissions if the work is excellent & the freelancer has the required experience.
I’ve provided the important original *.dwg files & the new *.pdf files showing the “existing” & “proposed” layouts for the changes to be made. All files will be provided upon confirmation of the job.
Note; all new drawings should include the scale & any relevant detail pertinent for the planners. Feel free to propose any alternate recommendations on design if you feel that my design is not practicable.
