Do you want this workbook to be mainly a manager-only calculator, or something they can export/send straight to wedding and corporate clients without cleaning it up first? I'd make the calculation layer separate from the client-facing estimate sheet, so venue rental, catering, rooms, resort fees, taxes, discounts, cancellation fees, and attrition are controlled in one place and the final output stays polished. I'd also lock/protect the formula areas so event managers aren't accidentally overwriting the math. M1: workbook structure, input tabs, core formulas, $100, 1 day. M2: luxury-facing estimate view, validation, protection, final polish, $150, 2 days. The $250 is based on the brief, the only thing that may move it is how many fee/tax rules need to vary by event type. Should this be Excel, Google Sheets, or both?
