I am looking for an auto paint expert for my auto body shop project. Here are the details of the project:

I need an expert of auto vehicle painting to draft a letter for me. My vehicle has paint damage due to a power washer used by a detailing company, I have photos of the damage. I need an expert to review the photos and draft a certified letter for me on their expert opinion. I would also need an estimate of repair.
