The right candidate would have the below skillset- Devops Engineer with Azure experience and Powershell Ansible Kubernetes Azure VSTS ( or it may be mentioned as Visual Studio) TFS ( Team foundation server) Powershell ( optional skill set –But candidate with this skill is a big plus). . Designing and developing of automation tools and infrastructure to run service oriented stacks on an internal datacenter’s & multiple cloud environments Strong experience in Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Patterns Excellent in developing CI / CD Pipelines using VSTS Sound experience in developing IaaS / PaaS patterns using Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform Very good hands on experience in PowerShell Experience with other scripting languages like JSON, Shell Scripting, Python, Ruby Good experience in Ansible and orchestrating infrastructure services / patterns Good implementation experience with Docker & Kubernetes Experience in leveraging the following Azure Services: Azure AD, Azure DNS, Traffic Manager, Azure Web Apps, Azure API Apps, Azure ARM, Azure Service Fabric, Container Service, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps Knowledge / experience in TFS

From your post understood the skill set but didn't get the job details. So, proposed a default timeline with cost. Regarding the skill set we have the all the exp you mention except the PowerShell, didn't work on this much but can able to learn fast based on the requirement.
