I need an experienced closer who thrives on pure commission to source leads and closing Business deals independently. All conversations are strictly B2B and revolve around structuring business deals and contracts, so you must be comfortable talking to founders, C-suite executives and procurement teams, guiding them from first serious interest through to a signed agreement. You will step in once a prospect has shown intent, qualify their needs, present our offer, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms and push the opportunity across the finish line. The more you close, the more you earn; there is no cap on commission and payouts are released the moment a client’s first invoice is settled. Ideal fit • Proven record of closing high-ticket consulting or professional services in a B2B environment. • Confident with Zoom, phone and email sequences, plus any modern CRM (we currently use HubSpot). • Natural deal-maker able to draft or interpret simple commercial contract language. Deliverables 1. Signed consulting agreements. 2. Weekly pipeline updates inside our CRM. 3. Post-close handover notes to the delivery team.
