What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities): Technical Translation: Take my raw architectural notes, code insights, and whiteboard sketches and turn them into 3–4 highly engaging, structured LinkedIn posts per week. Visual Design: Create clean, professional architecture diagrams or carousels to accompany the technical breakdowns. Soft-Sell Funnelling: Seamlessly weave my Topmate consultation tiers into technical posts without sounding like a salesperson. Digital PR / Event Scouting: Research local and national tech meetups (e.g., AWS User Group Hyderabad, local developer clubs, regional AI symposiums) and draft targeted cold pitches to event organizers to secure speaking slots for me. Required Skillsets: Deep Technical Comprehension: You must understand developer terminology (RAG, vector databases, pipeline parallelism) without stripping out the engineering depth. Executive Copywriting: No fluff, no excessive emojis, and no generic ChatGPT hooks. You must know how to write for Engineering Directors and Principal Engineers. B2B Conversion Strategy: Proven experience turning LinkedIn reach into booked inbound leads or monetized funnels. How We Will Measure Success: Month 1 (Launch): Profile optimized, content workflow established, 12-16 posts published, and initial speaker pitches sent to local GDGs/T-Hub. Month 2 (Traction): Consistent engagement rate on posts, profile views shifting to a senior technical demographic, and 1-2 local speaking gigs secured. Month 3 (ROI): Topmate consultation bookings consistently matching or exceeding your monthly retainer.
