An expanding UK SEO agency requires the development of a bespoke online reporting system to provide details of search engine rankings, link popularity, traffic figures and PPC campaign details to our growing number of clients.
We are currently looking to outsource this project and are looking for companies that, ideally, have experience in developing bespoke reporting systems within the SEO industry.
Our brief list of requirements includes:
⢠Facility to undertake search engine ranking reports on a monthly basis and upload dynamically to the reporting suite; with reports generated in a graphical format with the option to download as PDF, XML or Excel.
⢠Scheduled position alert emails to notify us and the client of increases in their search engine rankings.
⢠Automated scheduling of ranking reports using APIâs wherever possible.
⢠Extraction of Yahoo and Google link popularity figures dynamically and presented in report format.
⢠Extraction of PPC Campaign details (Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and MSN Ad Center) dynamically and presented in report format.
⢠Extraction of Google Analytics traffic figures dynamically and presented in report format.
⢠Extraction of indexing / saturation figures on Google, MSN and Yahoo and presented in report format.
⢠Integration of all key campaign data to be illustrated on a campaign summary page.
⢠Set-up of an account management section to enable us to set-up, amend and delete client details, login details and a message centre.
⢠Set-up of âNewsâ area to promote new services and to notify client of industry news.
⢠Development of a âReport Archiveâ top enable clients to view and compare historical reports.
