BC - Upload Images to SKUs/Rules

I am a start up business. My product range (poster with some self design capabilities) requires a large number of product options. The products I plan to launch with have 6 options (Orientation x 2, Print Material x 3, Size x 5, Font Style x 3, Background Imagery x 7, Colour x 12) - so each product has 7,560 combinations. The Orientation 2, Font Style x 3, Background Imagery x 7, Colour x 12 require SKU creation (504 SKUs) so I can assign images to each option allowing the customer can see what the product looks like with their criteria selected. I also need the SKU numbers to ensure the printer prints the correct product.

I have managed to configure BC and import all information except the images for the SKU's. BC does not have this capability and have been advised I would need to perform the task manually - a mammoth task.

I need a simple way to:

1. Assign images to SKU's

2. Assign images to option rules

The solution would need to have the following capabilities

- Pick up the images from the BC WebDev System

- Allow for import and export

- Create a rule in the BC interface and export to allow me to see what the rule looks like (so I can edit / copy as required)

- Over-ride existing images / rule details when a new import is executed (using the SKU No or Rule ID No)

- Ensure Rule No assignment where there is no existing rule (I assume use the Product ID No to determine which product a new rule relates to)

- Show the Rule No where a rule already exists (as a reference point for over-riding a rule with a reimport)

- Show the rule details, to allow me to edit (to fix mistakes) or copy (to apply to new rules)

I am not looking for anything fancy. I expect the easiest way to achieve the outcome I require is to create a spreadsheet template and two script exe's (one for import, one for export) that I can put on their WebDev system and run as required.

I have based the above on the Product import / export functionality and capabilities currently available in BC. If you are familiar with that you should understand where I am coming from. I am open to other ideas.

The solution needs to be something that I can reuse over and over again allowing variations on the number / type of options, and SKU's (as the product range evolves the current numbers will change).

I am looking for a fixed price quotation for the above (or a proposal and quote for an alternative solution to my issue). I look forward to hearing from you.
