Senior Blockchain / CEX Development Team Required – AlphaNex Project Overview We are building AlphaNex, a new cryptocurrency trading platform backed by significant investment and a clear long-term vision. We are looking for an experienced technical partner, not simply developers who implement specifications. The selected team must be capable of reviewing our existing MVP, challenging architectural decisions, identifying risks, recommending what should be reused/refactored/rebuilt, and ultimately developing a secure, scalable, production-ready CEX. Our target is an initial production-ready release within approximately 3 months. We understand this is aggressive and expect an honest technical assessment based on the existing codebase, remaining scope, dependencies, and required team size. Security, scalability, reliability, performance, and engineering quality are critical. Existing AlphaNex MVP An MVP is already under development. GitHub Repository: [login to view URL] Read-only GitHub access will be provided to shortlisted teams. The first objective is a technical due-diligence review to determine: What has been built correctly What can realistically be reused What requires refactoring What should be rebuilt What must be developed from scratch Missing functionality Architectural and security issues Scalability limitations Requirements for production readiness Core Platform Scope The production platform is expected to include: 1. User & Account Management Registration/authentication, email/phone verification, 2FA, profiles, account status, portfolio/balance management, transaction history, audit logs, and RBAC. 2. Spot Trading Trading pairs, buy/sell, market and limit orders, cancellation/status, order/trade history, validation, balance reservation/locking, trading fees, trading limits, and minimum/maximum order sizes. 3. Matching Engine & Order Book Assess the existing implementation for architecture, order-book design, sequencing, matching logic, concurrency/race conditions, latency, market integrity, persistence/recovery, failure handling, and scalability. Clearly classify whether it should be reused, refactored, or rebuilt. 4. Internal Ledger & Accounting Double-entry ledger, available/locked balances, trading transactions, deposits/withdrawals, fees, internal transfers, reconciliation, idempotency, auditability, financial consistency, and error recovery. 5. Wallet & Custody Hot/cold wallet strategy, deposit addresses, blockchain monitoring, transaction broadcasting, confirmations, reconciliation, withdrawals, limits/risk controls, key management, private-key protection, and operational security. Production-grade wallet/custody experience is highly preferred. 6. Deposits & Withdrawals Address generation, blockchain monitoring, confirmation management, deposit crediting, withdrawal queues, manual/automated approvals, transaction signing, risk checks, failed transaction handling, reconciliation, and network-fee management. 7. Blockchain Infrastructure Node/API and RPC integrations, blockchain indexing, transaction/address monitoring, confirmation tracking, retry/failure handling, asset management, and multi-chain abstraction. The architecture should allow additional networks/assets to be added without major redevelopment. 8. Liquidity Integration External liquidity providers, market makers, aggregation, price feeds, order routing, market-data normalization, monitoring, failover, APIs, and liquidity risk management. 9. Real-Time Market Data Ticker data, order-book updates, trade streams, OHLC/candlesticks, market statistics, WebSockets, REST APIs, event streaming, and low-latency distribution. 10. APIs REST/WebSocket APIs for authentication, accounts, trading, orders, market data, wallets, deposits, and withdrawals, with appropriate security, rate limiting, scalability, versioning, monitoring, and documentation. 11. KYC / AML / Compliance Integration with suitable third-party providers for KYC/identity verification, AML and sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, account restrictions, compliance workflows, suspicious-activity flags, and audit trails. 12. Admin & Operations User/KYC management, account restrictions, asset and trading-pair management, wallet and transaction management, withdrawal approvals, fees, trading limits, risk controls, liquidity/system monitoring, audit logs, reporting, and administrator RBAC. 13. Infrastructure & DevOps Assess cloud architecture, containers, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, database architecture, caching, queues/event streaming, load balancing, horizontal scaling, monitoring/logging, high availability, failover, backup/recovery, staging/UAT, and production deployment. Technical Due-Diligence Deliverable Before committing to the full development contract, provide an assessment covering: Architecture: Current stack, services/components, database/API architecture, infrastructure, and third-party integrations. Code Quality: Structure, maintainability, technical debt, testing, documentation, dependencies, and scalability. For each major module, classify it as: REUSE – suitable with minimal changes REFACTOR – usable foundation but requires substantial changes REBUILD – should be replaced NEW DEVELOPMENT – functionality does not currently exist Also identify security vulnerabilities, architectural risks, production blockers, and everything required before launch. 3Month Timeline Assessment Our target is approximately 3 months for the initial production-ready release. We need an honest assessment of: Whether 3 months is realistically achievable Scope deliverable within 4 months Required assumptions/dependencies Potential delays and risks Required team size Features that should be phased Launch priorities Budget We are not setting a fixed development budget at this stage. First, we want the existing MVP and remaining workload properly assessed. After the assessment, provide: Remaining development scope Estimated hours/man-days by module Recommended team size Monthly/team cost Total project budget Expected timeline Optional phased pricing Potential structure: Technical Due Diligence Architecture & Production Hardening Core CEX Development Security, QA & UAT Production Deployment Post-Launch Support We value an accurate engineering estimate over the lowest quotation. Who We Are Looking For Strong preference for teams with genuine experience in: Centralized cryptocurrency exchanges Trading platforms and matching engines Order-book systems Crypto wallets and custody Blockchain infrastructure Fintech/payment systems High-volume transactional platforms Real-time trading systems Security-critical applications Actual production CEX or comparable financial/trading infrastructure experience is highly preferred. Please Do Not Submit a Generic Proposal Please answer the following: What CEX, trading, wallet, custody, fintech, or Web3 platforms have you built? What specifically did your team develop? Have you built/worked on a matching engine or order-book system? What wallet/custody architecture experience do you have? What is the largest production system you have supported? What security measures are mandatory before launching AlphaNex? Based on your experience, what would be required for a 4-month launch? How long would you need to complete the MVP/codebase assessment? What team would you recommend? How would you structure the engagement and development phases? Please include relevant project examples, your exact role, technology stack, and measurable scale where possible. Proposed Engagement Process Phase 1 – Repository Review: Read-only access to the AlphaNex GitHub repository. Phase 2 – Technical Due Diligence: Review architecture, code, MVP functionality, integrations, security, scalability, and production readiness. Phase 3 – Assessment & Recommendations: Provide the REUSE / REFACTOR / REBUILD / NEW DEVELOPMENT assessment. Phase 4 – Architecture & Roadmap: Recommend production architecture, team structure, roadmap, priorities, and timeline. Phase 5 – Commercial Proposal: Provide detailed effort, budget, and timeline based on actual remaining work. Phase 6 – Technical Discussion: 30–45 minute discussion with our team/investor/CEO to review findings, risks, architecture, timeline, and recommendations. Phase 7 – Full Development: Subject to mutual agreement, proceed with the production development program. Final Objective Our goal is to build AlphaNex as a secure, scalable, professionally engineered cryptocurrency exchange capable of long-term growth, not simply launch an MVP. We want a technical partner who can take ownership, challenge decisions when necessary, identify risks before they become production problems, and help us build the platform correctly. If you have genuine experience in CEX, trading infrastructure, blockchain, custody, wallets, fintech, or other high-reliability transactional systems, we would like to hear from you. Please focus your proposal on your relevant experience, technical approach, MVP assessment methodology, recommended team, timeline, and proposed engagement structure.

Howdy, AlphaNex needs an engineering assessment before anyone responsibly commits to a 3 to 4 month production target. I’d start with the read-only repository review and map each major component as REUSE, REFACTOR, REBUILD, or NEW DEVELOPMENT, with particular attention to the matching engine, ledger consistency, wallet/custody flows, concurrency, security controls and recovery paths. I would not give you a speculative development quote before that assessment. The output should be a practical production-readiness report covering blockers, architectural risks, missing functionality, required team composition, phased priorities, estimated effort and a realistic launch timeline. I can then walk through the findings with your technical and business team and structure the development engagement around the actual remaining scope. Hi Alphanex team, I’ve reviewed your MVP outline and the 11 core modules you need to bring to production within three months. With eight years building Laravel‑based fintech back‑ends, Docker‑orchestrated services, and secure API integrations, I can lead the technical due‑diligence and the subsequent refactor/re‑build effort. **What I’ll focus on first** 1. **MVP audit & reuse matrix** – Using static analysis and automated test coverage, I’ll map every existing component (account service, order API, ledger) to three categories: reusable, refactor‑ready, or rebuild‑required, and provide a risk‑adjusted effort estimate. 2. **Matching engine assessment** – I’ll evaluate your current order‑book design for concurrency safety, latency, and persistence. If needed, I’ll propose an event‑driven, lock‑free engine built in Laravel Octane or a Go micro‑service that plugs into the same API layer. 3. **Double‑entry ledger & audit trail** – I’ll implement a transactional, idempotent ledger using Laravel’s database transactions and a separate audit log service, ensuring financial consistency and easy regulatory reporting. 4. **Containerized deployment** – All services (API, matching, wallet adapters) will be Docker‑based with Helm/Kubernetes manifests for auto‑scaling, health checks, and zero‑downtime rollouts, meeting your scalability and reliability goals. I’m ready to start with a 48‑hour technical review and deliver a concise roadmap plus team sizing recommendation. Let’s schedule a call this week to align on scope and milestones. Looking forward to turning Alphanex into a production‑grade CEX.

Your matching engine will fail under concurrent order execution if it lacks proper transaction isolation and optimistic locking. This creates race conditions that allow double-spending and incorrect balance updates during high-frequency trading. Quick questions - what's your target order throughput per second at launch, and have you stress-tested the existing ledger implementation for double-entry consistency under concurrent deposit/withdrawal scenarios? Here's the architectural approach: - MATCHING ENGINE: Audit existing order-book implementation for ACID compliance, then rebuild core sequencer using event-sourcing pattern to guarantee deterministic order execution and crash recovery. - WALLET CUSTODY: Design multi-sig hot wallet architecture with HSM integration for private-key protection, implement automated cold-storage sweeping based on threshold rules, and build blockchain monitoring service with confirmation tracking. - LIQUIDITY INTEGRATION: Build aggregation layer connecting multiple market makers via FIX/REST APIs, implement smart order routing with failover logic, and create real-time price normalization engine to prevent arbitrage exploitation. I've architected two CEX platforms that processed $40M+ daily volume without downtime. Let's schedule a 30-minute technical review of your GitHub repo to identify critical refactoring priorities before you commit budget.

I’ve reviewed AlphaNex’s project scope and your detailed expectations. I’d approach this in two focused stages: first, a thorough technical due diligence on your existing MVP, including architecture, security, scalability, and code quality. I’d classify modules into reuse/refactor/rebuild categories, pinpointing risks and production blockers. From experience reviewing trading platforms, I know that matching engines and wallets often require targeted deep dives to assess concurrency and custody security properly. A couple of questions to clarify: Does your MVP include any test coverage or performance benchmarks so far? Regarding blockchain support, how many chains/assets do you currently integrate versus plan to add soon? For the 3-4 month launch feasibility, I’d map each module’s complexity to realistic delivery blocks, identifying priority features and where phased rollout makes sense. Typically, teams of 5-7 with distinct roles for core backend, matching engine, wallet/custody, and frontend ensure focused velocity without sacrificing quality or security. I’d propose starting immediately with the codebase review and architecture assessment (about 2 weeks), delivering a detailed report on the reuse/refactor/rebuild plan and risks. We’d then align on phased roadmap and team sizing before moving into development, staying transparent on trade-offs and blockers throughout. Ready to start the repository review and provide a clear technical assessment to inform your roadmap and build plan.

ASAP - QA - SPECIALIST * I have strong experience working with blockchain, Web3, trading platforms, secure transactional systems, APIs, wallets, and scalable backend architectures, with a focus on production reliability and security. I understand the importance of reviewing an existing CEX MVP first to identify what should be reused, refactored, rebuilt, or developed from scratch before committing to an aggressive launch timeline. - I’ll perform a structured technical due-diligence review covering the matching engine, order book, ledger, wallets/custody, blockchain integrations, APIs, real-time data, KYC/AML, admin tools, security, infrastructure, and DevOps, then produce a clear production roadmap with team requirements, effort estimates, dependencies, and phased delivery. I’ll work through the codebase systematically, validate critical financial and trading flows, identify production blockers and security risks, and help establish a realistic 3–4 month launch plan with QA, UAT, deployment, and post-launch support. * What makes my approach valuable is that I’ll challenge architectural decisions where necessary rather than simply implementing specifications, helping AlphaNex avoid costly rebuilds and security or scalability problems before they reach production.

Hi, I’m Sahanaj. AlphaNex needs an engineering partner who will challenge the MVP—not blindly extend it. I can start with a read-only technical due-diligence audit covering architecture, matching engine, ledger, custody, APIs, security, scalability, DevOps and production blockers. I’ll classify every module REUSE / REFACTOR / REBUILD / NEW, then provide a realistic 4-month roadmap, team composition, effort and phased budget. Phase 1 audit: $1,500 fixed Timeline: 5–7 business days Includes architecture report + technical review call. For the full build, I’d recommend a dedicated 4–6 engineer team with security/QA coverage rather than pretending a $5–10k budget can deliver a production CEX. Give me repository access; I’ll tell you what I would not build.

Hi, AlphaNex should begin with a paid technical due-diligence phase, not an unsupported promise to deliver a production CEX within four months. I would assess every module as REUSE, REFACTOR, REBUILD, or NEW DEVELOPMENT, with evidence from code, tests, infrastructure, and live behavior. The review would focus deeply on deterministic matching, price-time priority, concurrency, atomic balance reservation, event sequencing, replay/recovery, and double-entry ledger invariants. Wallet analysis would cover hot/warm/cold separation, HSM or MPC signing, withdrawal controls, reconciliation, confirmation handling, and chain-specific failure recovery. Mandatory launch controls include strong 2FA and RBAC, idempotent financial operations, immutable audit trails, KYC/AML integration, secrets isolation, DDoS protection, monitoring, reconciliation, backups, disaster recovery, penetration testing, and independent smart-contract/custody review where applicable. A realistic delivery team would include an architecture lead, matching/ledger engineers, blockchain/custody engineer, security/DevOps specialist, frontend/admin developer, and dedicated QA. The audit would produce the risk register, target architecture, phased roadmap, staffing plan, and evidence-based commercial estimate. Relevant experience and roles can be discussed privately and verified. Regards, Houssame

Hello, "Assess First, Then Build Safely" - AlphaNex needs a hard technical assessment before committing to a 3–4 month CEX build. I can review the existing PHP/blockchain codebase across architecture, ledger consistency, order flow, API boundaries, security, scalability, and deployment readiness, then classify each module as REUSE, REFACTOR, REBUILD, or NEW DEVELOPMENT. I would turn that into a realistic team plan, phased roadmap, effort estimate, and production-risk list rather than guessing from the MVP description. Can you provide read-only GitHub access for the initial due-diligence phase? Artur

Building a production CEX is one of the hardest backend problems in fintech. The matching engine alone has concurrency and sequencing constraints that most web backends never touch. I want to be upfront: I haven't built a centralized exchange or order-book system before. My background is 10+ years of full-stack web and backend architecture, heavy on Node.js/TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and WebSocket/REST API systems at scale. Where I'd add real value is the Phase 1-2 technical due diligence piece. I've taken over partially-built codebases dozens of times, done the REUSE/REFACTOR/REBUILD assessment you're describing, and scoped the remaining work into phased milestones. That codebase-audit muscle translates directly even into a domain I haven't shipped in before. I can assess code quality, architecture decisions, test coverage, infrastructure readiness, and CI/CD maturity on any Node or TypeScript stack. That said, the deeper exchange-specific domain work -- matching engine design, hot/cold wallet custody, blockchain node infrastructure, liquidity provider integration -- isn't part of my daily work. If you specifically need a team that's shipped a production CEX before, better to filter now. If the assessment phase interests you as a standalone engagement, I can start with repo access this week.

Hi, You're tackling AlphaNex, a production-ready crypto exchange with a tight three-month window. I've contributed to centralized exchange and real-time trading platform projects with architecture and risk considerations. I’d start by validating the current flow against real usage, isolate unstable parts, and map out refactors vs rebuilds. Then I’d set concrete milestones, validate changes against live data, and tighten security and observability early. Managing latency and correctness in the order-matching and ledger reconciliation under high load remains the key challenge. What are the expected throughput and latency targets for peak hours, and how do you plan to validate production readiness (staging tests, dark launches, or phased rollout)? What owns the data/state for historical compliance logs, and what are the mandatory audit/reporting requirements we must support from day one? If we're aligned, I’d be happy to walk you through the implementation plan before we get started. Best regards, Brandon

⚠️ IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY YOU DON'T PAY ⚠️ Hello! I've been recommended by a Freelancer Recruiter. Nice to meet you. AlphaNex should begin with technical due diligence, not a commitment to a 3–4 month production launch. For a CEX, the matching engine, double-entry ledger, custody/withdrawal controls, reconciliation, and recovery model determine whether the existing MVP is genuinely reusable. I’d review each subsystem and classify it REUSE / REFACTOR / REBUILD / NEW DEVELOPMENT, backed by code evidence, tests, security findings, dependency analysis, and production blockers. Particular attention would go to order sequencing/concurrency, atomic balance reservation, idempotent ledger entries, wallet reconciliation, withdrawal authorization, key isolation, RBAC, audit trails, rate limiting, and disaster recovery. Before launch I would require independent ledger reconciliation, deterministic matching tests, custody/key-management controls, withdrawal safeguards, penetration testing, load/failover testing, monitoring, backups, and tested recovery procedures. I won’t fabricate CEX deployments, matching-engine scale, custody experience, team size, or measurable production figures. After repository access, the assessment should produce the defensible architecture, staffing, 4-month feasibility, effort, milestones, and commercial proposal you’re asking for. I've spent 20+ years across backend and distributed systems, the last few years on trading infra and blockchain integrations. I've built matching engines with in-memory order books, double-entry ledgers with idempotent transaction handling, and wallet custody with HSM/MPC key management. Stack is Go/Rust for the hot paths, Node/TypeScript for APIs, Postgres for the ledger, and RPC work with Bitcoin Core, geth, and Solana web3. The real risk here is judging fast whether the matching engine and custody layer can carry production load before you commit to the 3-month date. - Clone the repo and load-test the matching engine for race conditions in balance locking and sequencing gaps - Audit how wallet/custody handles private keys end to end, that's the piece that ends careers if wrong - Check the ledger for double-entry consistency and idempotent deposit/withdrawal callbacks, where reconciliation breaks - Map what's reusable in the blockchain indexing layer versus what needs a per-chain rebuild - Hand back a risk list ranked by what blocks the 3-month date You'd get a due-diligence report on what's worth keeping versus rebuilding, plus a team-size and timeline estimate. Once we're building you get tested code, docs, and a working demo before sign-off. Is the matching engine handling live order flow yet, or still isolated with no production traffic? I can start right away.
