Hey there, I need a custom ERC20 token with staking features

With the staking rewards? I would like an incentive for keeping their money in the ecosystem. Stakers of token X will receive rewards in the form of interest paid in token X. At a rate of 10-20% APY. Owners of business would own 20-33% of tokens, 20-33% distributed for free or low incentive, and 33-44%will be retained for staking rewards at a fixed rate.
