UK/Ireland Zoom Webinar Producer

We are a UK company seeking an experienced webinar producer to handle the technical delivery of a shareholder update on Zoom Webinars. Two company directors will present — we are not looking for a host or presenter, purely someone to run the back end seamlessly so the speakers can concentrate on presenting. Scope of work: Build and configure the Zoom Webinar, including branding and a registration page restricted to a pre-supplied list of named individuals (no open sign-up) Configure Q&A so that attendees cannot see other attendees, their names, or their questions — all questions visible to the producer and presenters only Run a full dress rehearsal with both speakers ahead of the event Operate the console on the day: admit registrants, manage speaker audio, video and screen share, monitor the question queue and feed curated questions to the presenters Start and stop recording at defined points (the presentation is recorded; the Q&A segment may be excluded) Post-event: lightly edited recording, distributed via individually gated or password-protected links rather than a public URL; attendance and engagement report; list of unanswered questions for written follow-up Requirements: Based in the UK or Ireland (GMT/IST working hours, native English) Confident with Zoom Webinars specifically, not just Zoom Meetings Demonstrable experience producing professional webinars for business clients — please include examples or references Discreet and comfortable handling confidential material
