I'm looking for a set of house building plans based on the attached rough drawings - interior living space of 800 sq ft. Upstairs living with a 2 car garage and storage below. Exterior spiral stair case.

Attached are several pictures of home I found online that I like. Big bold roofs. Large overhangs. Dark trim with natural wood or colored exterior paneling.

Interior vaulted ceilings with naturally stained 2x4 ceiling joists that extend into the eves. Master area is approximately 12x24. Living/kitchen area is approximately 14x30. Den/spare bedroom area is approximately 9x10. Two car garage below with separate storage area (5x10). Large upper deck in the front. Hot tub deck off the back (9x9). Outdoor fireplace on ground level with a shared fireplace in living area. Snow loading requirement is 75 lbs per sq ft. Wind loading requirement is 115mph. Seismic Design is D1, D2.
