My organization is called Other Side Ministries. We are building a kitchen near C.A.S.S. out of a refurbished Conex. We are looking to build a food truck with no wheels or engine. It will be solar and propane run.
This kitchen will provide real world job skills to the homeless as well as be utilized to provide meals to the homeless monthly. We will also assist our students in finding work in the culinary field.
We are looking for a person to draw up or blue prints and be able to sign off on them for inspection. We have companies willing to donate equipment but we need to draw prints first.
