House extension plans

We are looking to build an extension onto a bungalow which already has the roof converted into 2 bedrooms. The extension will be on the side to the left as you face the property and i want the new roof also building into an additional bedroom and bathroom. The new extension will have the roof pitched the opposite way to the existing one but will meet the apex allowing for the most space. There will be much more detsils to add like car port / garage and size etc. Im looking for someone to be able to draw this so we csn visually picture it. Additional details. If you could please answer the following brief set of questions i will be able to shortlist and award the work in the next few days. This prooerty is one i am interested in purchsding so i cant really give exact dimensions. What i would need you to do it look at google maps, satalite and street view so you can see the property. The house looks to be around 8m x 8m. The hoise is set back 7 meters from the road and is 1.8m below the road level. This will mean the driveway would require to slope down to the garage on the far left of the extendion and the drive would also need to go down and to the right to allow for 2 cars. The entrance on the road would remain as 1 car width. I feel i would like to see the ground floor extension the full depth of the house estimated at 8 meters and including a garage it will extend out by 7 meters. I'm thinking of 2 options for ir the garage, fully built in and a second option which is more like an open car port so in theory no wall to the far left but it would still be sheltered. This would require steel frame work rather than blocks to support the far left upper level/ space in the roof. When looking at the existing front view of the house you see the pitch of the roof. The extension roof you will see the tiles as it will be in the opposite and therefore meet the existing roof creating much more space. The existing house has 2 bedrooms upstairs and this extension will allow 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. From this can you deliver the following and provide an estimation in timescale to deliver A) a drawing of the existing house based on what you can see from google B) the addition of the extension on the side with the built in garage and 'open' car port C) depending on length (nornally 6m) i may want the extention do be an L shape to fit an office and a small gym directly behind the garage. This would ve single story as well and im flexibke on roof options/ideas for this section. I will sketch my ideas incase the above is not clear to the succesful candidate. D) internsl floor plans for downstairs and upstairs Once happy: E) can you privide fully complete archtectural drawings to submit to builders for quotes and council for planning permission
