We will undertake a measured survey of the property to create the floor plans and discuss any proposal for alterations with the client. The drawings will be prepared in 1-2 days and issued to the client for comment prior to the final issue.

Hi there! I can definately help you with this. Ideally, this would require a site survey to measure and confirm. I am not far, just in Aylesbury to do so. Costings would depend on this and the complexity of the building shape. In the meantime i have allowed for approx. 14 hours to completed this including a basic site visit and measure up, then to draft this onto the computer. My career has always required site surveys therefore am more than familiar with this one.
