I just entered in to a partnership in a restaurant thats open and operating now but im looking to make it a lounge/Bar in the evening. So im looking to change the interior design and the rebuild the bar all myself im a carpenter/ general contract for quiet few years and now we are branching out in to this business with limited funding so im attempting to put all my plans on paper as well as design to know how far i can go with the interior changes. Right now the Bar is not bringing in no capital what so ever so my plans is to turn that around first with curb appeal.
