I'm seeking a skilled structural engineer to design plans for a flat-roof steel verandah attached to an existing structure. The verandah framing is built and inplace. The steel posts have not yet been concreted in. Its made ftom steel c section and attached to house. It doesn't yet have the roof on. The roofing will be colourbond iron I need to supply this information to the council to get retrospective approval. Requirements: - Detailed structural plans ensuring safety and compliance - Design integration with the current building - Use of steel as the primary material Ideal Skills and Experience: - Expertise in steel structures - Experience with flat roof designs - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Please provide samples of previous work and a timeline for completion.
