What I expect back: • Professional calculations (PDF + editable file) covering gravity, wind, and seismic loads • Well-layered CAD drawings showing foundations, framing, reinforcement, and connection details • A concise design brief summarising assumptions, codes followed, and any construction notes Please work in the software you are most comfortable with—STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar—so long as the native files are delivered alongside PDFs.
