I need you to build me a go kart frame based on a design I provide you. It will need to be built for 2000-2500 AED INCLUDING shipping to Abu Dhabi, UAE. It needs to have the frame, chassis, axle, steering, brakes, wheels, seat etc. but no need for an engine or electrical parts. It will need to be built and sent for shipping within a week of my confirmation. I have attached the design for you to see.
