Support Lead in the Account relationship and Clinic Operations with multiple Providers and/or Local Health Departments (LHD) for Vaccine Clinics on My Turn (California Vaccine Administration).
Role consists of working with the Provider/LHD (client), establishing initial setup of clinic availability and schedule, user management, and notification preferences to residents. After initial setup, you will work with your lead and other analysts, to maintain the clinic schedules, support the client as they become self-enabled, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain the relationship with 1 to 20 clients.
