I work for an SME management consultancy based in London. We have recently won a 3 month project in Saudi Arabia, working with a well known international retailer, and will have a team of approx 5 people out there from Jan 2018. We have limited experience of working in the Middle East - particularly Saudi - and therefore feel that perhaps a couple of hours of training for the group would be of great benefit to us. I'd therefore be interested to hear what you can offer/ suggest along these lines. We have another, larger piece of work beginning in Abu Dhabi, and would seek a similar solution here. Although very different, I thought i would mention this in case it would make sense to do a larger session for all involved with both projects. I appreciate this is all fairly nebulous but would be interested to hear your thoughts on the above.
