Business Development Executive for Web Design

I am looking for an experienced Telecaller or Business Development Executive to help generate qualified leads for my website development business. I provide professional website design and development services for businesses such as restaurants, clinics, local businesses, startups, service providers, and other companies that need a new website or want to improve their existing online presence. Scope of Work: The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Researching and identifying businesses that may require website development services. Finding publicly available business contact details. Contacting potential clients through professional phone calls. Introducing our website development services in a clear and professional manner. Understanding whether the business is interested in getting a new website or improving an existing one. Collecting basic requirements from interested prospects. Sharing qualified and genuinely interested leads with me for further discussion and project closing. Maintaining a simple spreadsheet or CRM record of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads. Ideal Freelancer: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, or business development. Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers. Good Hindi and/or English communication skills. Able to conduct online research to identify suitable prospects. Experience with spreadsheets or CRM tools is preferred. Must be professional, reliable, and able to provide regular updates. Payment: This project is performance-based. The freelancer will receive 30% commission for each successfully converted client who completes payment for a website development project. For example, for a completed project worth ₹20,000, the commission would be ₹6,000. Higher-value projects will result in higher commission. This can become a long-term opportunity for the right freelancer, as I am looking to continuously acquire new website development clients.
