Commission-Based Luxury Event Sales

I tour the world as a Luxury Wedding Guest-Experience Artist, weaving close-up magic into cocktail hours, receptions, family meet-and-greets and other private celebrations. I now want my calendar filled through proactive outreach, so I’m engaging a freelance Business Development Executive on pure commission. Your day will centre on walking into luxury hotels and top-tier event management companies, introducing yourself to banquet managers, F&B heads, wedding coordinators and agency owners, handing over my business card, playing the short showreel on your tablet or phone, and—most importantly—asking how we can customise the performance flow to solve their specific guest-engagement challenges. Restaurants, clubs and other venues are certainly welcome targets if you spot opportunity, but the initial emphasis is on those two primary segments. Because the role relies on relationship building, I’m interested in someone with proven networking flair: you’re the person managers remember and call back. Prior sales or event-industry experience is a bonus; what counts most is your ability to open doors, listen, and position a bespoke roaming-magic experience as a value add for their clients. Deliverables • A weekly spreadsheet (or CRM export) showing every property or planner visited, the decision-maker’s name, contact details and meeting notes. • Forwarded warm leads and confirmed bookings in real time so I can handle contracting and logistics promptly. Commission is released the moment a signed agreement and deposit clear; percentages scale upward on volume so your earning potential is uncapped.
