We are looking for a **Freelance Business Development Executive (BDE)** to help us acquire new clients for our recruitment and talent acquisition services. **Responsibilities:** * Identify and research potential business clients * Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels * Connect with HRs, founders, and business decision-makers * Pitch recruitment and talent acquisition services * Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospects * Convert qualified leads into recruitment clients **Ideal Candidate:** * Good communication and sales skills * Experience in B2B business development, recruitment, staffing, or sales is preferred * Freelancers, part-time professionals, and freshers with strong communication skills can apply * Self-driven and comfortable working remotely **Compensation:** This is a **commission-based freelance opportunity**.
