This project is to modify the source code for zttool that's included in Asterisk PBX installation. The current zttool shows the status of Zaptel Hardware. The modification I need is the ability to email me if any of the listed hardware goes in to Yellow or Red Alarm with circuit information and email when the circuit returns to normal. Both of these events should be logged with date and time as well as circuit information. If it's easier for you, you can rewrite zttool so it only monitor alarm status and reports. The other parts zttool does (bits patterns, loop up/dn and etc) is not really needed for this project - in fact it might be better you do take this approach.
