I have a csv file that contains a field that lists a large number of txt files. I want a very simple program to loop through the csv file reading the name of the txt file, opening it, retreaving the text from it and then adding the text into another field in the csv file. If possible I'd also like it to insert the text into the csv file into another field but as HTML inserting <p> and <br> where necessary. I've got a small budget for this project, but it is very simple and should be a doddle for someone doing this kind of thing regularaly.
