I have a matlab simulink file which is needed to do video processing.

You need not require to understand the video processing part.

I need this simulink file to be converted into a standalone C++ program using VC6++. Meaning by executing the C++ program, it can do processing on the video.

Freelancers should be proficient in Matlab and C++.
