FPGA/HPS Linux SD Card Image

The goal is to have a working Linux image file, which when burned to an SD card would load Linux on my DE1-SoC, and within Linux, I would then be able to program the onboard ADC using C-code and the Hardware Abstraction Layer (HAL). Hello! I suggest to use Debian 9. By the way - I myself use Debian 9 installed on Flash drive 16 GB. 50% left unmapped for safety purposes.
