Program OPENWRT Router and document it

We need someone to help program some routers for us. Program router (OpenWRT [login to view URL]) to be able to detect WIFI devices (even those that are not associated with it) Similar to (but not limited, please feel free to use your own method) [login to view URL] We also want to output this data – so the access point need to report in Realtime (or close enough) The router will also have a memory card, we would need the data to also be backed up to a memory card in case they ever fail. The routers should also be able to re-try uploads in case they lose signal. These will be using 4G sim cards. We need these routers to automatically bootup and start probing for devices around the area. You will also need to assign or create a method in which we can assign a unique number to this router, these routers will be assigned to people so need unique identifiers. You should be able to illustrate this data in simple example form as HTML or on a web server etc. We need this system to be fit for purpose, this is the first stage building the "prob wifi devices" which we will then move on to the final “portal build”, I need someone who is on the ball with this and also able to suggest ideas and be able to add their own initiate of how it will [login to view URL] free to suggest your own ideas.
