Touch screen image gallery printing kiosk application (2)

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RESPONDING!!! I am looking for someone to design a very basic photo viewing/print ordering kiosk application. The application steps would go as follows: 1. Photos will be taken of individuals with a DSLR camera tethered to a PC and saved immediately to a network hard drive on site. 2. The client then walks to one of 3 networked touchscreen PC computers connected to the network hard drive. These 3 computers will all be running this image gallery software which will "watch" a folder for new images to arrive. There the client can view a gallery of thumbnail images of photos that have recently been taken. 3. The client touches the image they wish to view larger. This brings up a screen showing a larger size of the selected image with button to order prints or to cancel and return to the gallery screen. 4. If the client touches the "Choose print size and quantity" button, it will take them to the "Choose a print package" screen where they will choose the photo package(s) they want and add it to their cart. It will then return them to the gallery thumbnail screen to choose other images if they wish. 5. They will continue this process until they have all the image sizes and quantities they wish to order in their shopping cart. 6. At this point they will choose "Finish" 7. The order will be then printed out as an invoice on a standard laser printer for us to view the images and sizes which need to be printed for that customer. We would then print the images and collect the payment. 8. As new images come in, they would be a the top of the gallery while older images would get pushed down. This would be a touch screen application running on Windows 10. It would need to be an installable .exe file. I have included images of what the application should look like while running.
