Update "Optimize press" to current version on our membership site, so it displays videos to people viewing on mobile device. We have a membership site which was built with Optimize Press and Wishlist. It has training videos which only display on a desktop computer at present. Support at optimize press have told us we need to update to latest version for the videos to display on a mobile device. They have told us it is a relatively simple task. I am not techy so dont want to mess with it as site would need backed up in case anything is lost before attempting to update.

Many thanks for reaching out. I'm afraid the OP1 video player, jwplayer script, is outdated and no longer mobile responsive. For workaround, I would recommend that you use the OP2 video player instead. Please go to the specific page and then remove the OP1 video player. Then, use the Live Editor and insert the OP2 video player element to your pages. Go the video player settings and add then add the URL of your video. Ensure to save when done.
