On going support for CSM Web Portal Project

Girish told me ot post my project with you we have a aspx , c# , MS SQL web that integrates with our CSM Client server application (ms access, MS sql 185 accdb 1800 tables 100 sp ) most recently we hired an app developer and another aspx developer to add a mobile app and asmx web service Immediate project is to make the app and the web portal work the app programmer knows app but not webs (see below) remote app contacts web service (asmx) and validates user and returns TID (Tennatantid) and user type (user, driver) App thyen displays two buttosn start/stop or pickup/drop off based on user type returned user clicks start and app sends -- paramter string to log onto web web needs to use parameter string on web open url and update login table ( added and works) open correct Tennant and preload user name web has supposedly already been changed to take parameters form url and record login, and GPS data problem is that teh initial validation is supposed to have app send user id with tenanat extension e.g. ALundXXX and teh asmx is supposed to strip off teh XXX and use it look for user in XXX(Tennant 7330) users to validate C# code currently has the strip of fpart commencted out -- butteh c# functino does exist so to start uncomment and recompile then we can proceed to test app opening web with parameters which i am proetty sure worked a copule of months back we also have set up production web on an internal server and have it almost ready to cutover - does this all make sense
