UI imaging project for .Net 4.0

Attached is a function written in VB.NET for saving a WPF user interface framework-element to file for use elsewhere. I need it used on a list of framework elements. I'd really like this done today because it is very easy, but if you have limited time, I'll consider a 2 day turn around time. I need a DLL class library written in C# or VB.NET which uses my function to save the image of all UI listed in it, which changes size, if set to update on resize; or only upon adding to your list if set for adding only. I need the image saved to a custom folder, as a .PNG file; or .DDS if you can figure that out, but .DDS is not necessary. You need to return the image file so that I can load it elsewhere. When you app launches or closes, it must remove the image files to save disk space. Good speed and cost economy will ensure regular work. I would like you to work with Attached Properties, Dependancy Properties and XAML. This is a VB.NET project, but C# usage is welcome. We will set this as an hourly project because we might need to improve it. Please name the framework 4.0 project as bM_UIRender (bM_UIRender .dll)
