Need Help in designing Consumer product. The product is a cube shaped device that hangs on the neck like a necklace with low power Bluetooth connectivity to smart phones. The device will have two way communication with the smartphone. We have already developed the server side software and mobile phone software that will communicate with this "cube". IN ADDITION: We have now determined the components that will be inside this cube, therefore we now know the size constraints. We are pressured on time. 5-7 working days preferred. Chat if you need more time, but can at least get prelim report done in that timeframe.
CAD drawing - how all the components will connect and the external housing.
a) What size can this device be? It will hang on the neck, so must be small.
b)How are internal components arranged?
c) How should the outer housing be shaped, we want a cube or cube-like shape
d) must be in a format so that the housing can be used with a 3D printer so we can "print" it and test
e)We want the cube to be water resistant so you can shower with it. H
f) There is a micro-usb port
g)You need to design a mechanism to easily attach the cube to other objects, snap in type of design.
h) We would like several ideas for the texture and/or material used for the cube. This needs to be elegant and liked by men or women.
i) We need the output you give us to allow the next stage to take the document and the components and create a prototype.
This project does not require that you create a prototype. If you win this project, you are 1st in line to get paid to create the prototype and continue working with us on future versions.
