Chef assistant in NYC for 10/1/13

We know this is last minute, but we are in need of a Chef\'s assistant tomorrow in NYC. We have a chef flying in from Norway to take part in the North Festival this week. He is scheduled to prep for the press dinner at Aquavit tomorrow, then moving to the International Culinary Center at 3pm. His assistant backed out just today, so we are trying to arrange a replacement. The assistant would be needed as follows: 11am - 3pm at Aquavit 3pm - 6pm at ICC Transportation between the two locations will be provided.
