I can design this PCB board with eagle software and i can also generate Gerber files to manufacture the same PCB board. The cost for make a single manufactured board is the same for make 10 PCB board.
Please specify the PS specification. If I am not mistaken you are adding ON a shield which is a extra voltage regulator
