Be more specific, what I want is:
1. passcode security lock to output on/off signal;
2. normal "off" output
3. when correct passcode is entered, output normal "on"
4. normal "on" lasts for pre-set time, says 30 seconds
5. multi passcodes can be stored and allow access for multi users
6. existing passcodes can be changed after entering correct passcodes
7. A "Master passcode" is maintained for administration such as resetting all passcodes and normal "on" time limit
8. error passcode input for 3 times shall deny all passcode input except "Master passcode".
Final deliverable shall be in complete assembly.
