Hello, I am currently employed by Cisco and have endless resources for these type of configurations. I actually have a hardware model like this in my lab to test with. Though most of all IOS CLI features are all the same and i can pre-stage the configuration before accessing your equipment. I will admit I have not configured the 3G SIM Card of Europe before but I am sure I can find documentation if I run into any issues and have endless resources for aide.
